Because Bare Thread Patterns operates as a 100% digital PDF pattern studio, no physical paper patterns or physical garments will be shipped to your address.

1. Instant Download Delivery

Immediate Access: As soon as your payment is completed at checkout, your download link(s) will appear instantly on your order confirmation screen.
Email Confirmation: A copy of your download link(s) and order receipt will also be sent immediately to the email address provided at checkout.
What’s Included in Your Download: Each pattern download typically includes your layered Print-at-Home PDF (A4), Wide-Format Copyshop PDF (A0), Projector file and fully illustrated Instruction Booklet.

2. File Storage & Account Access

Download Limits: There is a 30 day strict expiration date on your download links, we strongly recommend downloading and saving all files directly to your computer, tablet, or secure cloud storage (such as Google Drive or Dropbox) immediately after purchase.

Lost Files: If you accidentally lose your pattern files due to a computer upgrade or lost email, simply search your inbox for your original receipt email to re-download them, or contact us at hello@barethreadpatterns.co.nz with your order number and we will happily resend your links.

3. Printing Your Patterns (A4 / US Letter /0 Copyshop)

Print-at-Home: All our home-print files are formatted to print seamlessly on standard A4 paper. Always ensure your printer settings are set to "Actual Size" before printing, and verify the test square before cutting.

A0 Copyshop Printing: If you prefer not to tape pages together, upload or take your A0 Copyshop file to your local copy shop or an online pattern printing service.

4. Technical Support & Download Help

Having trouble opening or downloading your PDF files?

Mobile Devices: Some mobile browsers hide ZIP or PDF files in default "Downloads" folders. For the smoothest experience, we recommend downloading your files directly to a desktop or laptop computer first.
