Because Bare Thread Patterns specializes in instant digital PDF downloads, our return and refund policy differs from physical goods.


 
1. Digital Sales Are Final

Due to the instant delivery and non-returnable nature of downloadable digital PDF files, all digital sales on barethreadpatterns.co.nz are final. We do not offer refunds, store credits, or exchanges once a download link has been generated, accessed, or delivered.

 

2. Purchases Made Through Retail Stockists & Third Parties
If you purchased a Bare Thread Pattern voucher, code, or digital license through an authorized retail stockist, fabric shop, or third-party platform, your transaction is subject to that retailer's individual refund policy.

• Jaclyn M Ltd cannot issue direct financial refunds or process credit returns for orders placed outside our website.

• Please contact the stockist or retailer directly with your purchase receipt to request assistance under their terms.

3. Technical Support & File Errors
While digital sales are non-refundable, we stand by the quality of our patterns! If you experience any issues with your order, we are here to help:

• File Access Issues: If your download link doesn't arrive, expires, or fails to open, email us with your order number and we will re-issue your files promptly.

• Corrupted Downloads or Printing Glitches: If a file appears corrupted or you encounter a technical printing issue, reach out to us so we can troubleshoot the file or provide an alternative format.

Errata & Updates: In the rare event of a documented drafting error or typo, corrected files will be made available to existing customers free of charge via our Errata & Updates page.
